Donte Batiste is the Co-founder of Next Play LV and a proud native of Inglewood, California. Raised in a community rich in athletic culture, he developed a strong foundation in discipline, competition, and leadership. A two-sport athlete in football and basketball, Donte earned all-league honors in football, demonstrating performance excellence and leadership on the field.

He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he continued to strengthen the resilience, accountability, and character that sports first instilled in him. Following college, Donte built a career in law enforcement, gaining firsthand experience in high-pressure environments that demanded integrity, composure, and decisive leadership. That experience deepened his commitment to service and mentorship.

Driven by a desire to help athletes succeed beyond competition, Donte co-founded Next Play LV to support career development and life preparation. Through mentorship, professional development, and strategic guidance, he works to ensure athletes are equipped not just for their next play—but for their next chapter.

Howard Wall is the Co-Founder of Next Play LV, driven by a deep understanding of the athlete experience both during and after competition. As a former high school athlete and graduate of Utah Tech University, he experienced firsthand the structure, identity, and purpose that sports provide—along with the uncertainty that can follow when the game ends.

His career in law enforcement further shaped his character, reinforcing the values of integrity, discipline, leadership, and service. Those principles are not just professional standards to him—they are personal commitments that now form the foundation of Next Play LV.

Howard co-founded Next Play LV with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between sports and long-term career success. He is passionate about helping college athletes build executive presence, develop entrepreneurial confidence, and gain access to meaningful opportunities, influential mentors, and high-level networks that open doors beyond athletics.

Outside of business, Howard values balance just as much as ambition. He enjoys traveling, collecting sneakers, weight lifting, and spending quality time with family—believing that true success isn’t defined solely by achievement, but by impact, growth, and the legacy you build along the way.
